Pilates Matwork, Spring Wall, Spring Chair, and Reformer
Pilates helps people to understand their alignment and how to build stabilization within it. The Class focuses on the group or individual: what goals they want to achieve and how to reach them. It is a mixture of Pilates and body mind connecting, to help client find the proper activation of muscle groups and isolate areas of tension, stress, or fatigue to then release.
My goal is to help people arrive at a higher intelligence of their body and the way they carry themselves kinesthetically. In achieving this knowledge, I believe we can live amongst each other more consciously.

(I am a BASI certified Pilates instructor and have worked over the past seven years at A.S.D. Studio iPliates, Camelot Spa and Club in Reggio Emilia (Italy), and University of Washington. I teach in both in Italian and English.)
